Wellergize launches new line of wellness challenges

New challenges target a wider range of wellness factors including: resiliency, financial fitness, green living, and the leadership challenge.

Wellergize is extending our line of workplace challenges as part of our new www.EmployeeWellness.ca initiative.  The new line will encompass fourteen different aspects of personal wellness, and will be available in both online and traditional formats.

Why Implement Workplace Wellness Programs?
Smart employers realize that home stress and physical ailments affect work performance. No one can completely compartmentalize the different roles they play in his or her live, and stress from one area spills into the others.  With this basic tenet in mind workplace wellness programs make perfect sense.

One of the key factors of workplace wellness, is getting buy in.  By their nature, wellness programs get results only when participation is voluntary.  Implementing a workplace wellness challenge is a fun way to get participants to focus on a specific wellness topic for the duration of its run.

Wellness challenges are about changing habits - making the easy changes that lead to healthy behaviour. The new Wellergize Challenges focus on areas of personal wellness that are often overlooked in by corporate wellness initiatives, including resiliency, leadership, and personal finances.
